  • Periodically reviews the performance evaluation and compensation policies, systems, standards, and structures for directors, supervisors, and managerial officers.

  • Assists the Board of Directors in overseeing the quality and integrity of the Company’s accounting, auditing, financial reporting processes, and financial controls. Review matters include: financial reports, the effectiveness of internal control systems, the appointment, dismissal, compensation, and independence assessment of external auditors, as well as the appointment or removal of financial, accounting, or internal audit officers.

Group General Manager

  • Promotes the establishment of internal control systems; assists departments in adjusting or correcting discrepancies in regulations and system implementation; conducts scheduled and unscheduled audit activities and performs audit tasks assigned by senior management. Ensures the operational effectiveness of various business cycles and monitors progress on improvements.

  • Assists the Chairman with overall investment and business strategy planning, public relations development, legal advisory matters, and human resources deployment and management.


  • Aims at the overall development of the Group by proactively assessing trends in the market environment, resources, and industry direction, and formulating and advancing the Group’s medium- and long-term operational strategies and plans.

  • Responsible for business development and production management of Taiwan’s manufacturing operations, including on-site production management and planning, production control, technological advancement, and overall quality management.

  • Based on the Company’s operational plans and annual project objectives, drives the formulation and execution of medium- and long-term management strategies across departments, completes Group-level medium- and long-term planning, implements and tracks various operational performance management goals, and plans and reviews management systems across functions such as business management, accounting, finance, human resources, and information management.
